Artists' reception: Saturday, September 6th, 6 pm - 10 pm

Today, galleries and art shows overflow with a wide range of artwork, but what is it that viewers are looking for but are unable to find?

“The Invisible, Visible” is the upcoming exhibition at H. Kazan Fine Arts. The show represents the recent works of six Southern California artists: paintings by Alina and Kiki; mixed media by Lark (Larisa Pilinsky) and Narine Isajanyan; pyrotechnics by Sev; and photography by Harout Kazan. They believe that most viewers wish to discover something fresh, unusual or mysterious. A similar feeling that one senses looking at Mona Lisa’s intriguing smile.

The participating artists distinguish their creative processes by employing the principles of synergy. These artists channel a finite quantity of energy from an inner source and direct its path to fields accessible to their consciousness, creating a new external reality.

The interaction between these two diverse forces –the invisible finite and the inexhaustible visible– transforms the potential energy of the former into a kinetic force. The resultant pictorial equilibrium unveils phenomenon that can express passion, stimulate the mind, inspire the heart and nurture the soul.

Beyond sharing a philosophy of synergy, the artists have developed their individual characteristics and attributes distinguishing each artist from the other resulting in work of great distinction and unusual beauty.
